Criminal Record Expungement - Interactive Forms

Interactive forms are available for free to low income individuals seeking a criminal record expungement in Kentucky. This program is designed for individuals who cannot afford the services of an attorney. If you can afford an attorney, call Kentucky Lawyer Referral (502-583-1801) or your local legal services organization and they can provide you with the name of a lawyer.

You are forfeiting legal representation by doing the self-help program. No one will handle this case but you. You will need to go in front of the judge by yourself. You have to do all the work regarding your expungement.

You must have Flash (Shockwave) installed on your computer to use the interactive forms. Download it for free here. Then click the "install now" button. Note: You do not need the Yahoo! toolbar and should uncheck the box if you do not wish to install it.

If you don't have all of the information above, you can still use the interactive forms to fill in the information you do have. If you choose to sign up for a user name and password for the interactive forms, you can save your answers and finish completing the interactive forms when you have the remaining needed information.
