KY Department of Advocacy is hosting expungement clinics throughout Kentucky during 2024. Each free clinic is hosted by an agency or organization within Kentucky. Attorneys will be on-site at each clinic to review Kentucky background checks, advise about expungement eligibility, and provide information about the expungement process. Additional services may vary from clinic to clinic depending on the host and partner agencies and organizations. Please RSVP/pre-register for any event that indicates it is required. NOTE: The list will be updated with additional information as available.
